Growing up just over the Delaware River in Cherry Hill, NJ, Vinny has extensive knowledge about the city of Philadelphia and its surrounding areas all the way to the South Jersey Shore. After graduating from the University of Delaware in 3.5 years in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, he has spent a considerable amount of time in South Florida. He has gained a wide range of knowledge about the competitive South Florida Real Estate market in which he is able to help clients navigate though. Vinny has also just teamed up with his sister, Gabriella, and Mother, Janet, to form The Papale Group. Janet has nearly 4 decades worth of experience in Real Estate. Janet and Vinny were absolutely integral in not just the sale of our old house, but the purchase of our new house. They advised on ways to spruce up our 135 year-old fixer upper - from recommending specific vendors to how to stage the inside of the house - which helped us sell our house for $30k over asking price. Additionally, they both walked many homes with us and helped with negotiations on the house we eventually settled on, standing strong and helping us acquire the house for $15k under asking price.
